Saregama India Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of music storage devices, such as Carvaan, music cards, vinyl records and dealing with related music rights. It is also engaged in the production and sale/telecast/broadcast of films/ television (TV) serials, pre-recorded programs and dealing in film rights and organizing events. Its segments include Music, Artist Management, Video (Film, TV Serials and Digital Content) and Events. Artist Management segment manages influencers/artiste on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis, make them popular through new IP releases and then monetize them through booking them for live events, concerts or opportunity in digital series. The Video (Film, TV Serials and Digital Content) segment is engaged in production and sale/telecast/broadcast of long form and short form video content and dealing in related rights. The Events segment is involved in the business of organizing live musical events.
