The principal activities of IndiGo comprise air transportation, which includes passenger and cargo services, and providing related allied services, including inflight sales. IndiGo provides scheduled and charter air services, for both passengers and cargo. It has a fleet of approximately 437 aircraft and provides scheduled services to over 91 domestic and 40 international destinations. IndiGo's subsidiaries include Agile Airport Services Private Limited and InterGlobe Aviation Financial Services IFSC Private Limited. Agile Airport Services Private Limited is engaged in the business of providing ground handling and other allied services to IndiGo at various airports in India.
