It is engaged in the business of providing hospital services and selling pharma and wellness products through a network of pharmacies, including the operation of multidisciplinary private hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers and pharmacies. It is engaged in hospitals and hospitals-based services. The Company's segments include Healthcare Services, Retail Health and Diagnostics, Digital Health and Pharmacy Distribution, and Others. The Retail Health and Diagnostics segment include clinics, diagnostics, Spectra, Cradle, Sugar, Dental and Dialysis business. The Digital Health and Pharmacy Distribution segment is engaged in the business of procurement and distribution of pharmaceuticals, fast-moving consumer goods and private label products business from various services using the digital platform. The Company has approximately 10,100 plus beds across 73 hospitals and 6,600 plus pharmacies.
