Angel One IPO 2026: Eligibility, Features & IPO Application Process
A full-service broker offering flat โน20 discount-style pricing, in-house research and one of India's largest branch networks.
The Angel One IPO platform allows eligible investors to apply for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) online through their Trading and Demat Account. It provides a convenient way to participate in public issues of companies listed on Indian stock exchanges. Investors can access details of upcoming, ongoing, and recently closed IPOs, review issue information, and submit applications digitally while complying with the applicable regulations prescribed by SEBI and the stock exchanges.
To apply for an IPO through Angel One, investors must have an active Trading and Demat Account along with a bank account that supports the ASBA (Application Supported by Blocked Amount) process or UPI-based payment, where applicable. Applicants should also complete the required Know Your Customer (KYC) formalities before submitting an IPO application. Eligibility to invest depends on the category of investor and the terms and conditions specified in the respective public issue.
The IPO application process is completed online through the Angel One web platform or mobile application. Investors can select the desired IPO, enter the required bid details, choose the number of lots within the permitted limits, and authorize the payment through the applicable banking method. After successful submission, investors can monitor the application status, allotment updates, and listing information through the platform. The final allotment of shares depends on the IPO's allotment process and regulatory guidelines.
Before investing in any IPO, applicants should carefully review the company's prospectus, financial information, business objectives, risk factors, valuation, and issue details. Investors should also understand that submitting an IPO application does not guarantee share allotment, as allotment depends on investor demand and the applicable allotment process. Evaluating investment objectives and risk tolerance before investing in public issues can help investors make informed decisions.
Overall, the Angel One IPO platform provides eligible investors with a simple and efficient way to participate in public offerings through an online application process. With digital access to IPO information, application tracking, and account management features, the platform helps investors apply for IPOs conveniently. Before submitting an application, investors should verify the latest eligibility requirements, IPO schedule, applicable guidelines, and issue-specific information available on Angel One's official platform.
