Sonaselection India IPO Review
Sonaselection India has demonstrated strong top-line and bottom-line growth over the last three fiscal years. Revenue from operations increased from ₹120.98 crore in FY2024 to ₹315.95 crore in FY2025 and ₹516.95 crore in FY2026. PAT also increased from ₹13.09 crore to ₹18.56 crore and ₹34.02 crore over the same period.
The company has benefited from its transition toward a manufacturing-led textile business and the expansion of value-added fabric products. FY2026 EBITDA stood at ₹84.77 crore, while the EBITDA margin was 16.40%. The FY2026 RoNW of 39.05% indicates strong profitability relative to the company's net worth.
At the same time, investors should consider the company's leverage and cash-flow position. Total borrowings were ₹258.24 crore in FY2026, while operating cash flow remained negative because of working-capital requirements. The proposed ₹80 crore debt repayment from IPO proceeds could help reduce financial leverage, while the planned plant and machinery investment may support future capacity and operational growth.
At the upper price band of ₹99, the IPO is valued at approximately 12.24x FY2026 EPS of ₹8.09 on a pre-IPO basis. Investors should therefore evaluate the company's growth prospects alongside debt levels, working-capital requirements, cash generation and the competitive nature of the textile industry.
