Vedant Poly Fabs IPO Review
Vedant Poly Fabs operates in the flexible packaging segment, supplying a range of films, laminates and pouches for different consumer and industrial packaging needs. Its integrated manufacturing process and diversified product portfolio are relevant business strengths because they allow the company to handle several production stages and serve varying customer specifications.
The company reported a substantial improvement in financial performance between FY2025 and FY2026. Total income increased from ₹81.58 crore in FY2025 to ₹115.31 crore in FY2026, while profit after tax rose from ₹4.56 crore to ₹10.97 crore. EBITDA also increased from ₹8.30 crore to ₹19.18 crore over the same period. Investors should assess whether this growth can be sustained and how working capital requirements, borrowing costs and raw material prices may affect future performance.
The IPO proceeds are proposed to support working capital, repayment or prepayment of borrowings and capital expenditure at the existing manufacturing facility. These uses may support operating requirements and manufacturing capacity, but the company also has total borrowings of ₹46.82 crore as of FY2026. Investors should therefore consider the company’s debt position, valuation, customer demand and execution risks before making an investment decision.
