Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited is an India-based techno-financing company, which is primarily engaged in the business of financing for housing and urban development activities. It provides loans/finance for housing/ infrastructure projects and all other activities. The housing finance loans are classified into social housing, residential real estate, and HUDCO Niwas. Its HUDCO Niwas offers loans for the construction of houses and purchase of houses, flats, and plots. Its infrastructure facilities include projects in the sectors of water supply, sewerage, drainage, solid waste management, roads, electricity, smart cities, industrial infrastructure, and others in the urban areas. The Company provides consultancy services in the areas of architectural design and development, urban and regional planning, appraisal scrutiny and monitoring of government projects, and environmental engineering projects pertaining to the housing and urban development sector.
