Bajaj Broking demat account

Bajaj Broking offers a 2-in-1 account (trading + demat). Your shares are held by the depository (CDSL / NSDL), not by the broker, so the broker has no ownership over your holdings.

BO ID & DP ID explained

Your BO ID (Beneficial Owner ID) is your 16-digit demat account number: the first 8 digits are the broker's DP ID (same for every customer of the broker), and the last 8 digits are your unique client ID. You will find it in your demat statement or the profile section of the app.

How to generate a TPIN

The CDSL/NSDL TPIN authorises sell trades and pledging. Generate it from the app profile โ†’ generate/reset TPIN; the depository sends the TPIN to your registered email and mobile, which you then use to authorise sell orders.
