Siemens Limited is a technology company focused on industry, infrastructure and mobility. Its segments include Digital Industries, Smart Infrastructure, Mobility and Others. Digital Industries offers a product portfolio as well as system solutions for automation used in discrete and process industries; these offerings include automation systems and software for factories, numerical control systems, servo motors, drives and inverters as well as integrated automation systems for machine tools and production machines. Smart Infrastructure offers products, systems, solutions, services, and software to support the global transition from fossils to renewable energy sources. Mobility offerings encompass vehicles and selected components for urban and regional transport, such as metro systems, trams and light rail, commuter trains, as well as trains and passenger coaches for intercity and long-distance services, such as high-speed rail.
