The company serves customers across pharmaceutical and other chemical-related industries and has developed capabilities in multiple chemical reactions and specialised products.

The company has reported consistent financial growth in the periods covered by its DRHP. Revenue from operations increased from ₹108.10 crore in FY2022 to ₹137.42 crore in FY2024, representing a CAGR of 12.75%. Profit after tax increased from ₹14.14 crore in FY2022 to ₹23.41 crore in FY2024, while the company reported ₹78.45 crore revenue and ₹10.89 crore PAT during the six months ended September 30, 2024.

The proposed Fresh Issue is expected to provide funds for reducing borrowings. The company plans to use ₹130 crore of the Net Proceeds for repayment or pre-payment of certain outstanding borrowings, with the balance intended for general corporate purposes. The proposed use of funds is therefore directly connected with reducing the company's debt burden and supporting its business requirements.

However, investors should consider customer concentration, geographical concentration, competition, raw-material and operating-cost fluctuations and borrowing-related risks. The company has also disclosed litigation relating to the use of the “Allchem” name. Since the final price band has not yet been announced, the IPO valuation and P/E-based assessment cannot be determined at this stage.
