The company later expanded into manufacturing and distribution of stainless-steel drinkware and was converted into a public limited company in January 2026.

Objects of the Issue

The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue for the following purposes:

  • Repayment and/or pre-payment, in full or part, of certain borrowings availed by the company and its subsidiary from banks – approximately ₹24.10 crore.
